PTI offers stainless steel inserts in PBT thermoplastic, stainless steel or nickel plated housings – specifically designed for the food and beverage industry and all ready for wash-down conditions. All series are interchanged dimensionally with the conventional cast iron housed mounted units. The stainless steel insert bearings are available with eccentric locking collars (SHC) or with standard setscrew locking (SUC). Both types of stainless bearing inserts are pre-lubricated with Mobilegrease® FM222, a USDA H-1 Lube.
